MULTIPLICATION.

Every church was a church plant at some point in time. How long has it been since someone planted the church you are part of? And how long will it be until you plant for others? As the saying goes,

"Someone planted the church you were saved in and someone will be saved through the church you will plant."

TYPE OF CHURCHES WE WANT TO PLANT,

  • Churches that do not take time to change from being a group to being organized churches.

  • Churches that seek to be self-sustaining.

  • Churches with a low cost and a high percentage of faithfulness.

  • Self-replicating churches assimilate a culture of exponential multiplication.

  • Churches that reflect their context.

  • Churches in which half of their audience are friends who have not yet been baptized.

  • Churches that have a high percentage of involvement and baptisms.

  • Churches that see themselves as an essentially Adventist movement, which exalts the identity and mission of the Remnant of God for the end time.

ACTS

ACTS is a support system for church planters, but it can also be used by church revitalizers. It can be understood by three (3) main points,

  1. Support system for church planters who plant churches.

  2. Execution process for planting residency

  3. Secure roadmap for developing a church planting and revitalization movement network.

We hope you got the idea of the four (4) pillars of the ACTS church planting support system. Here is a small description of the guidelines for every one of these pillars,

ASSESSMENT

The Assessment we do is to evaluate the planter and the community where the church will be planted.

  • Spiritual Leadership Assessment (Questionnaire NT)

  • Vocational / Spiritual Gifts Assessment (APEST/ Spiritual Gift Inventory)

  • Behavioral profile Assessment (GRIT/APSE/DISC/Myers & Briggs)

  • Ethnographic analysis of Community

COACHING

Our coaching approach is a tool of improvement, keeping our core group in check and paying attention to their need and passions.
